Mission statement of Charter 22
What we believe in
All people are born free and equal in dignity and human rights
Our blood is red. Our heart pumps same this blood. We are all parts of one body.
Every human being is unique, equally valuable, important
We are all different, nevertheless, we all belong naturally to.
Democracy needs inclusion
Everyone should be able to participate in social life, regardless of their gender, where come from, what believe in, whether live with a disability.
All people should live in dignity, freely and self-determined
This means all people should feel good and enjoy equal opportunities.
Everyone has the right to active and equally participation in social life
This means that no one should be excluded. All people should decide by themselves how they live and work. That is also called: Self-determination. We think it‘s right and important.
Charter 22 supports socially disadvantaged people
with migration background, refugee experience, disability, especially women, children, young people in overcoming social challenges, improving their access to employment and education, active inclusion, participation, socio-economic integration. Disadvantaged people need help. Then they should be helped. That‘s what Charter 22 does. Charter 22 helps disadvantaged people. We help disadvantaged people as they need it, here and now, through our diverse, high-quality, innovative, inclusive, sustainable social services for educating, counselling, interaction, empowerment, and support.
Education in person is a liberator. Education can free anyone from a painful past full of hardships. Education can change person‘s whole life and history.
There is only one thing that seems to be more expensive than education, no education. Knowledge is power. Power is knowledge. The great goal of education indeed is not knowledge, but action.
Every person is an architect of the future.

What is a Mission Statement
A mission statement is a text. All people should be able
to read it. That‘s why our Mission Statement was written in plain language.
Many people can understand a text better in plain language.
We want everyone to know what we do. And why we do it.
Our goals
No person should suffer hardship due to unequally treatment
Perhaps people are in need after all. Then we will tell politicians why people are in need.
This means: we want to take
this need away from people.
Strengthening people‘s ability to help themselves through empowerment
We meet, educate, advise, support, strengthen disadvantaged people.
This means that our help empowers disadvantaged people to help themselves.
Awakening responsibility and promote it
Social cohesion begins with each and every one of us. This means that we all determine how we live together.

What we want

This means: everyone should accept themselves and others as they are.
Social justice
This means: everyone deserves the same equal opportunities for self-realisation and self- determination.
Sustainable responsibility
This means: taking responsibility towards fellow human beings, but also towards future generations.
