Within our new started ESF+ funded project „Bavaria Needs You  – Ways to Inclusion as Future Opportunities for Bavaria“ we have the greatest pleasure and honour to prepare professionally and accompany socially on daily basis 20 valuable highly educated and professionally experienced human beings with a refugee experience from Ukraine and Afghanistan, so that they can succeed after to enter sustainably and just in a regular employment on the Bavarian primary labour market on the same economical field they have studied at university in their homelands; together, we all do our best every day to adapt quickly the already acquired qualifications, soft skills and interdisciplinary competencies of participants to the specific needs, requirements and expectations of Bavarian employers.
