The job coaching of Charter 22 – empowerment, professional (new) orientation and real perspectives
With job coaching, we are very happy to support highly qualified professionals with refugee experience, migration history or disability, career starters or young people without formal qualifications in actively taking their personal goals into their own hands and shaping their career path in Germany freely, confidently, well informed and successfully.
The focus of our job coaching is the peer-to-peer approach, which we apply with heart and at eye level. The individual strengths, personal wishes, soft skills, previous professional experience and life paths of our participants are taken seriously, respected and strengthened in a targeted manner at all times.

- Preparation for job interviews, telephone interviews and online assessments
- Training for self-confident communication and confident appearance
Integration into the German labour market
- Information on employment law, contracts, social security and professional obligations
- Support in communication with authorities, employers and educational institutions
- Orientation on further training, language courses and qualification offers
Empowerment and psychosocial empowerment
- Building self-confidence and motivation
- Dealing with challenges such as discrimination, insecurity or professional reorientation
