Charter22 is a non-profit organization based in Munich, Germany, dedicated to empowering socially disadvantaged individuals through education, counseling, empowerment, and inclusion. We believe in a world where everyone can realize their full potential, regardless of their background, disability, or life circumstances.
Our work ranges from independent participation counseling (EUTB) for people with disabilities to qualification programs for refugees from Ukraine, Afghanistan, and Iran, as well as human rights education and democracy promotion. Through projects such as “Bavaria Needs You,” we support highly qualified refugee women and men in re-entering the German labor market, enabling them to build independent and self-determined lives.
Many of our services are provided free of charge and are fully accessible. To maintain and further develop these programs, we rely on your support. Every donation—whether a one-time contribution or a recurring gift—goes directly toward funding our projects.
