We are delighted to welcome 10 wonderful, highly educated, multilingual women with professional experience who have fled Ukraine and now live in the Munich district. As part of our second ESF+ funded project, “Bavaria Needs You-2,” we are very happy to teach, support, and provide social-educational guidance to these women on a daily basis so that they can finding successfully sustainable and socially just a regular employment as a payroll accountant in the greater Munich area and can thus secure their livelihood permanently on their own. Together, we are all doing our best to quickly adapt their existing qualifications, soft skills, and interdisciplinary competencies to key qualifications that meet the specific needs, requirements, and expectations of Bavarian employers.
