We look forward to welcoming the new ten highly educated, multilingual, and experienced women with a refugee background from Ukraine who reside in the Munich district. As part of our third ESF+ funded project “Bavaria Needs You-3” we are eager to teach, support, coach, empower, and provide social guidance to them on a daily basis, so that they can entering regular employment as skilled payroll accountants in the greater Munich area, independently in a socially equitable and sustainable manner, thereby securing their families’ livelihoods through own efforts and resources.
We aim to increase the participants’ chances of professional fulfillment in the Bavarian primary labor market as skilled workers, to adapt their professional qualifications acquired in the home country, and to improve their German linguistic, IT, and social skills.
Helping people help themselves guides our actions. We take responsibility for fostering an open-minded, respectful, and non-discriminatory environment and provide the necessary social and political impetus. In this way, we contribute to social harmony in the greater Munich area. Beyond the principle of “challenging and developing”, we have been treating participants with respect as equals, actively fostering a positive, kind, and non-judgmental attitude based on trust, mutual respect, recognition, and appreciation at all times.
